CHEC is an ecumenical group of
Christian families in the ACT region supporting each other as we educate our
children at home. We offer many opportunities to support one another
as well as to meet and share our experiences. We get together for
excursions, activities, discussions and in small groups.
This site has been established as a means of communicating within our
group and with people who are interested in home education in the ACT.
To access the members section (coming soon!), you must be a financial member of CHEC,
other areas of the site will be open to all visitors.
We will be adding more content throughout the year, so keep checking back
for changes!

Statement of Purpose
"Believing that Jesus
Christ is Lord, we are committed to raising our children in the nurture
and admonition of the Lord.
We will meet together to
encourage and support each other in our endeavours to train our children
successfully.

Spirit, He will be our strength and wisdom as we seek to raise our
